Scarlett Griffinis a commercial real estate agent that helps new client’s fine tune their real estate needs, then takes the initiative and exploits all available resources to satisfy those requirements. She provides objective and upto-date information for her clients, which enables them to make educated decisions. She isalso the company administrator. Scarlett is called on to provide support primarily to the brokerage group but is also responsible for company management, policy development, analysis of business relationships, budget oversight, marketing plans and general office work.Scarlett was born and raised in Sherwood, AR and now resides in Leslie with her husband, Brandon and their two children. She attained an Associates of Applied Science Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Entrepreneurship in Harrison, Arkansas. Her ability to remain calm under pressure and keep smiling makes her an invaluable company asset.

Brandon Griffin

Brandon Griffin believes in working hard for the benefit of his clients and treating them the way he would want to be treated – with great service and honesty. His professional, soft sell approach to real estate has empowered him to listen carefully with interest and understanding to each specific need of his client, in order to assure that he or she is satisfied whether buying or selling. He attended Arkansas Tech University and is a commercial real estate agent. He specializes in lots and acreage, raw land sales, and recreational property.Brandon was raised in north central Arkansas. He is married and is the father of two children. He and his wife Scarlett currently reside in Leslie. Brandon is also an avid outdoors man. He enjoys hunting and fishing whenever there is free time.

Mark Conine

A licensed real estate agent in the State of Arkansas. He is a commercial real estate associate with Mike Berg Co. in Little Rock, Arkansas. Mark specializes in commercial income properties, industrial warehouses,and agricultural land. Mark’s experience as a certified public accountant helps him assist his clients’ with their financial goals and tax implications of owning and operating real estate. Mark also serves as the Chief Financial Officer of the Arkansas Student Loan Authority where he is responsible for the management and day-to-day coordination of all financial activities, including bond issuances, investor relations, financial statement preparation, and human resources. Prior to joining the Arkansas Student Loan Authority, Mark served in the tax group of Ernst & Young, LLP in Little Rock, Arkansas. Mark worked for a Fortune 500 telecommunications company prior to joining Ernst & Young, LLP. He received a B.A. in Accounting and Finance from Ouachita Baptist University and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant. Mark is a member of the Arkansas Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Mike Berg

A lifelong resident of central Arkansas. He attended UALR and has been actively occupied with the local real estate market for over 40 years. His low key approach to selling, his ability to listen to his clients’ needs,and his genuine interest in his clients have served him well over the years. Mike is married and the father of three children. He also is a grandfather of three grandsons. He and his wife Larita currently reside in the Sherwoodarea. He is actively involved in the community, volunteering considerable time to worthwhile causes.

Roger Tucker

Tucker brings many years of professional customer service to his clients. Roger’s pride in the quality and accuracy of his work developed through many years of running his own restaurant business before becoming a commercial real estate agent. Roger is driven to give his clients the best service possible. Through listening and close interaction with potential clients, Roger formulates comprehensive plans to meet their specific needs and desires. Roger specializes in industrial, agriculture, hospitality and investment/income properties.Roger was born and raised in Pine Bluff, AR. He is married and has three children. He and his wife Missy currently reside in Sherwood. He enjoys fishing and bike riding with his family in his free time.
